First time client who let his R1 get a little negleted and brought it in for some much needed detailing before storing for the winter.

A lot of time was spent washing and cleaning before correction began.

Wash/Decon

LATA, Mckees foaming wheel cleaner gel, various brushes and hyper wash.

Correction- The paint despite being in rough shape corrected nicely with 3D ONE, Rupes yellow pad and Adams swirl killer mini. Rupes Ibrid was also used a bunch. The front windscreen paint was very soft and needed further finishing with hyper polish and rupes white pad.

LSP- After polishing I did a prep wipe with IGL Precoat and proceeded to rinse the bike down and hit it with Mckees Hydro Blue. Hydro Blue is great for bikes as it allows easy protection in all the nooks of a bike. After drying I applied a layer of IGL Premier to the paint.

Nicely done! I see more bikes in your future after the word gets out about your work on this one!

Looks great, Justin. I love your regular utilization of 3D ONE. I'm eager to try my bottle out

You did wonders for that bike! Now take it out and see if it runs as good as looks!

That’s what I’m talking about, lot of time on R6’s and R1’s back in my high school days.

Sweet bike. :props:

Wow! You made that look as good as it goes! An absolute rocket ship of a bike & now looking as sexy as can be. Stunning turn around on this Justin, very nice indeed. :props:

I was born & raised around bikes & they are in my blood. I think being comfortable around them is a plus when talking to bike folk & I have a great list of bike clients.

Fantastic work, thank you for sharing mate.

Thanks bud. Yeah he already booked in his show bike for spring as well as his BMW M too. Plus he assured me his buddies will be coming lol.

Thanks! Yeah I'm on my second 32oz bottle since beginning of September when it was released. This stuff works on just about everything. I would say really hard neglected paint is where something more aggressive is needed.

Hahaha. Thanks. Yeah I'm all set with that. I know how I am.

Thanks bud. Yeah I have never rode but have had my hands on plenty of them over the years.

Like Scott said, wait'll the Mass bike community gets a look at this!

Was this done after the hearse? Must've been a nice easy break.

Thanks bud. No this was done before the hearse on Thursday and Friday. Hearse was a weekend ordeal.
