Bob, the part of the forum is to discuss customer service is it not?
I must agree.
I've seen many, many other folks discuss Customer Service issues on the AGO forum.
Just a thought: Can't someone else take your order?

For Heaven's sake:
Please...Settle back into your easy chair; forget about feeling miffed.
Admit it: Life's been too good...for you to get all wound-up like this.

Speaking of HUGE ORDERS:
There have been many folks asking about how to get wholesale discounts.
Any information you can share regarding this matter would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

:)

Bob, you're the best at what you do.
Perfections, you will always have my respect and admiration for what you bring to the detailing community as a whole.

And btw I had above a 1k order that I emailed Jason about, still gonna need to purchase those products on top of everything else I still haven't purchased yet.. But I guess I lost the call out on bs? I'm not a liar, just a customer that feels customer service wins your money..

What in the world do you need all those products for at one time? There's a huge amount of redundancy there. I don't get it? How much ONR is enough?

I'm sure this will get deleted
I doubt that it will get deleted.
You must not have seen how other AGO forum members have recently slammed AGO:

...
and nothing that drastic ever happened.

My heart's all a flutter.

:D

I can see how all that stuff + the invoices + the other stuff (pressure washer & steamer) + 1k @ AG is easily approaching 10k.

Subscribed. You can spend 10k in the blink of an eye. I don't even do this full time anymore and I spent 4800 last year. It adds up quick.

I don't even do this for income & I think I spent that much last year. What is wrong with me ? Yikes.

Just my opinion but the customer that buys the single can of paste wax to wax his family car is worth as much as the guy who buys the store.

No I totally agree, im a one man show, doing the best I can for my family. There's just a lot of business AG is missing out on due to flaws within their business..
