I too grimaced when I saw the before pictures taken outside. In all honesty I questioned if this one could be saved at all even knowing your extraordinary talent. I knew it could be made to look better (even with a PC) but you guys knocked it out of the park. Frankly I think it was a brilliant and generous move to go to the Flex for the deep scratches. The way I see it you and the class saved this gentleman the cost of a very expensive repaint.
I do understand the members that only own a PC grumping a bit about why results were not shown using that machine only. In fact that is what the very title of your article indicates. I also realize that you are trying to help the car owner, watch over a class of newbies working on said car, teach, and take pictures all at once. Then the real work begins sorting pics getting ready for tomorrow, another show in a different state etc., etc., etc.
All I'm saying Mike is back away from this, read your title, and reconsider what those folks were expecting. Thanks again for another great lesson and frankly unexpected results.
