Glad I'm not the only one that feels this way. Used to be 100% PBMG. Then after...I'll just say an incident, not out to slam anyone...I switched. One vendor gave me a bottle of coating free when one I was asking them about wasn't available. I ordered two bottles of EXO, the freight from AG would have been 21.95 I believe. The freight I paid was 2.83 regular price on their shipping.[/ordering two... I know exactly what happened that time with you Dave.

And as you and I have discussed... I had several orders over the Christmas season that were promised as one thing (high dollar free gifts) and delivered as something ENTIRELY different. Of course was my fault (me thinks not) for not telling/reminding them to do what they had said they were going to do in the first place.
I have NEVER played one (supplier) against the other, and have been RELIGIOUSY loyal (to a fault) these last few years. But I can not go with minimum $150 orders every time I want something. (And as such have come in realize that I actually DON'T NEED half the stuff I've been ordering... Which CarMomma just loves.)

Although as I said earlier, (with only a couple of exceptions) my orders generally show up only 2 days after ordering.
Sure... $150 is not a lot for a commercial account order... but there is no such thing with AG as commercial accounts, which is unusual in this day and age. :dunno: Joe weekender, the guy that imo AG has the largest market share of just can't afford to drop $150 every time he wants to try something new. Seems new policies may have actually hurt sales in some instances when you take that into consideration. :dunno: I can't help but think about what my Mom used to say... "Your getting to big for your britches". I can unequivocally say that I've stopped ordering from sales, specials, new product offerings, bogo's and the like because I *WILL NOT* order $150 minimums just to try the newest, latest and greatest offerings.
