I don't know how effective wiping down the surface with a damp cloth would be at "Neutralizing" an APC's alkaline level. If diluting it 10 to 1 reduces it from 13 to 11... how helpful would it be to do a wipe down? You would remove most of it, but what remains would be just as alkaline.
I think it's a good idea to do it, don't get me wrong, but I would not call it Neutralizing.
Do you know the how alkaline OPC is? I have never used the stuff. I do like ONR but since Meg's 103 has always done a great job for me, and I still have plenty of concentrate left, I never saw a reason to try anything else. When my reserve is gone, I might switch to Tide laundry detergent. I have seen a couple of video about using it as an APC and it did a very good job. It smell a lot nicer than any APC I have ever used, it's not alkaline as far as I know, and it costs less than Megs' products because I don't have to pay a fortune for shipping from Florida to Quebec. So I will definatelly give it a try and if I don't like it I can use it to wash microfiber towels
