What I find interesting is how the average Joe will know why cmx is any different than the myriad of products already on the shelf at pep boys. *We* know why it's special, but guy walking in about to wax a vehicle? Not sure.

Also, its spot wasnt very "special" like an endcap or eye level shelf.

I'm willing to try it when it's back there, though!

Great comment and I'm not sure how they're going to reach the people that need this product, kinda hard to break away from the "hand rubbed carnauba" people, tough nut to crack. Having it on the million shows on cable might help but for many they'll just think its an infomercial inside of how to install a cam in small block Chevy and be forgotten about!
 
Well my sons Jeep is out in the rain and cold and is in its new home called the "driveway" and I've reclaimed the heated garage.....because Dad. :righton:

So now the onset of testing begins. Had her out in the slush and I'm sure salty roads today. When the skies clear later this week, I'll run her through a touchless and get her all cleaned up to see how the tow CMX layers are beginning to hold up. Really looking forward to seeing how it performs and lasts under my care.

How's it doing so far in the rain? Sheets more? Beads more? Water stays of falls off?

I have pinpointed the smell (at least to me) smells like pine/cedar bedding you would use for a hamster....I initially thought of a two stroke oil fuel mixture for your weed eater....what's everyone else smelling?

Beads like crazy. Very tight. Not 115* tight like GYEON's products but it's good. It does sheet right off with ease. I'll definitely be blow drying the truck.
