Moved the FJ back outside, after letting the new trim coating set overnight, the Qashqai has to go in, but not before cleaning the wheels. The Qashqai has to live inside, it's much more prone to water spotting.

I'm probably spamming the internet with my car at the moment, but I've been waiting to show it off for two years, so sue me! :ROFLMAO:

When Ford unveiled the S650, I have to say the rear end did not grab me. Strangely, I now absolutely love the rear styling.

At the front, those brooding blacked out headlights look so sinister!

And today's cluster theme, Fox Body '87 - '93. Both this and the recently added SVT Cobra design are the clearest to view, there's something to be said about simplicity and how it relates to legibility.

Fox Body, take note of my economy reading, it drank more than a 1/4 tank doing just over 100km 😂 Not that I'm thrashing the car, its just tight. (That's 11.47 MPG and 62 miles)

SVT Cobra -

I like the 87-93 gauges best, the darker just looks better, actually OLDER looks better, so between the 87-93 and SVT gauges, I'd never even consider the new ones, no way

What do you think of the '67 - '69 design.................................

I like those too but the 87-93 are my favorites, plus they're easier to read

That's the design the salesman selected for delivery day. They look fantastic but are not as legible.

I agree with you on the gauges, the fox body looks good, nice and clear, that's important. My brother loaned me an XR6 company car he was driving one night, I can't remember which series, but the gauges had blue lighting, it was horrible, I couldn't focus on them, it wasn't a light blue, it was a deep blue. You'll probably know exactly which series it was.

That fuel economy is around the same as the Crewman Cross 8 I used to have, driving around the city I'd get any where from 19 to 22 litres per 100km, and it only had a 68 litre tank, combined with a fuel gauge that never worked properly, I had to fill up every week.

What size tank does the new Mustang have?

Mustang tank size is 61-liters / 16-gallon.

In terms of back lighting, from BA through to the last FGX, Ford used green lighting for base (XT/Futura/XL/XLS), white for luxury (Fairmont/G-Series) and blue for sport (XR and FPV). So, you would be referencing the BA - BF MK II XR6, or FG XR6.

BA - BF

FG MK I -

On Mustang, you can choose any colour you like for the backlighting and ambient lighting. In theory, you could have green backlighting with pink ambient. No prizes for guessing what I'm running.

That blue lighting is AWESOME
