I've been waiting for a tweak to that product for a LONG time. My only gripes were the viscosity, packaging, and smelling that same cherry scent for over a decade haha

I'm a little confused as to what is any different except for the scent. RTU is ready to use but you're not gonna do that with a car wash soap. Not sure $20 for 32 oz is priced that great compared to what you can buy a gallon for.

What is the allowable pH for the regular version that was supposed to be available in January?

IK mentioned the regular version for pH less than 12. They didn't mention a number on the acidic end of the scale during the stream.

That may be targeted at the retail market.

It's interesting that Meg's came out with a "pleasant smelling" iron remover, I wonder if they are using a similar chemistry to the Stoner's odorless, of course the Stoner product is patented or patent-pending, depending on which blurb you read.

I presume it works, apparently it's a derivative of a product that's supplied with the pro coatings that was very popular, so they decided to sell it as a separate product.

The price for 32oz or RTU is actually pretty terrible considering you can get a highly concentrated gallon for $30.

I think the RTU nomenclature on that is pretty confusing; the list price for the Hyper Wash gallon is $36.99. Again, I have to think this is going to be sold at retail, where the 64 oz Gold Class list price is $13.99. Doing some quick math in my head I think that comes out to roughly the same price per wash given the 400:1 dilution of the Hyper Wash, so I think that will be their selling point. That won't work, and like most of the retail stuff that comes out from Meguiar's every year, will wind up on the clearance shelf at the end of the season, so let's keep an eye out for that as it should be a pretty good deal for $5.

if Meguiar's only changed the scent of the original Hyper Wash, that might not go over well.

My hope is they made the formula less thick so they could compete with the current high-end shampoo options. Even at $19 for 32oz, it'd still be a good value compared to other options. They also need to ditch the "ready to use" marketing. Isn't all shampoo RTU? lol. Odd choice there imo
