I like the cleaning ability and the neutral finish it leaves

I stumbled across it after being underwhelmed by other products. That includes APC's, heavy duty tyre cleaners and another brands floor mat cleaner. What I really like about it is how the product lathers up so nicely while scrubbing. I'll also say having the right brush is just as important. For example, a flag tipped brush is virtually useless, they are too soft. I also find most of the tyre cleaning brushes (inc the Tuff Shine) are just too stiff. The goldilocks brush seems to be a medium stiffness tyre brush, in particular the DF tyre brush. Combine both and its floor mat cleaning perfection.

Sometimes APCs like Simple Green, Super Power, etc seem to leach the natural lubricants out of mats and stuff and leave them dried out and you need a second product to make them look good again

I'd say it depends on the material. Some are very much rubber, which like any rubber product, they can be discoloured by using high-alkaline chemicals. Some are more of a flexible plastic and are pretty resilient to cleaning chemicals.

Same thing applies to tyres. You will note how some tyres never really turn brown when exposed to a tyre cleaner, while others will continue to bleed brown after repeated rounds. For tyres that continue to turn brown after repeated cycles of scrubbing and rinsing, this is due to the UV inhibitors being drawn to surface over and over again. If a tyre is inclined to do this, then it doesn't matter what cleaning product or brush you use, or the number of rounds, it will continue to do so until you've depleted the tyre of this compound and speed up the decay of the rubber itself. This is why I say not to bother with the whole "keep scrubbing and rinsing until the chemical stops turning brown" thing, it a waste of time, money and effort. One to two rounds is sufficient, three if you feel the need.

Nothing I needed, but since when does that stop us.

I decided to give this line a try for several reasons

Veteran owned company, USA Made, reasonable gallon prices, reasonable shipping, and a fairly simple line

The owner texted me after I placed the order and we chatted back and forth and this is only the second order to be shipped to Alaska

The order was packed very well, a nice logo towel was thrown in, good sprayers, and a hand written note thanking me for trying the line and extending a free shipping offer for the next time

One odd thing, when I opened the box and ripped open the first of 2 sealed bags I immediately got the same smell as ADS Pilot, that “spiced pear” scent.

Weird

The bottles are all taped over and I don't have time to fool with the order today so I don't know which chemical has that smell

I will report back as I use the various products

Have you used YUM before? I’ve been interested in it, but never committed to buying.
I started with their Detailer and loved it. I was looking for something that was slick and added no protection on top of my coating, still waiting for the 5L of this to come back into stock.
After that I tried the Citrus and really like it so ordered a couple of bottles as they were out of the 5L.
I have not tried the wheel and tire products yet as I am finishing up the little bit I have left from another company.
I did use the wash pads, and they are nice, but my favorite is still the CarPro DUBDUB as it is a bit thicker and softer and seeing for some reason, I always seem to drop them I like the loop on it to put around my wrist.
I bought the wheel woolies as I wanted the 18" handles for the medium and small ones as Autoailty has been out of stock on them. I was not very happy with the small one as the shaft is way to flexible. I used it between the brake caliber and barrel, and it would bend to almost a 90 just trying to clean it.
