Each and every time I call Mike he is patient and very courteous and very knowledgeable, Meghan you have helped out more than you can ever now by offering outstanding customer service every time I have had any issue. You guys are the best and it is a shame that it took the chance at a banner to say these things I should have done it sooner. Merry Christmas

Well, most of us, me included are usually quick to identify when something goes wrong and we want someone accountable. Only once did I have an issue where my order did not show. Dwayne and I exchanged calls and determined that UPS delivered to the wrong address. He was quick to initiate a replacement order while we worked with UPS.
Other than Dwayne, me only other experience is with Mike Philips and his response to one of my post questions.

Everyone is so polite!!

Autogeek is customer oriented. A lost art in many US businesses today. It take a well oiled machine with strong leadership and good teamwork to keep this up. Hats off to AG for this accomplishment.

Happy Holidays

Since I only get to pick one, it'll be the Autogeek company itself. There's no way I can single anybody out because I'm sure it's the team's effort that led to AG's success. Everybody works really hard to provide customers new and affordable products while providing excellent customer service at the same time.

Whoever is responsible for choosing the winner of this contest is my most favorite person in the whole wide world

How can I just pick one. Since I became a forum member (not to long ago actually), I've had several good experiences with the Autogeek staff. I'd say you all deserve a big thanks from the members for doing an awesome job providing all of us "detail junkies" an excellent place to hang out and spend money on more car stuff.:buffing:

The whole Autogeek team is by far the best in the detailing industry by a long shot !!!! Thanks to all of you for all of your knowledge and great customer service....

It's easy to say Mike since he's made so many great tutorials for us and is always available to answer any newbies question and divulge all the trade secrets. But I also love whomever is in charge of all the great deals lately.

Our winner of the signed banner!!!

Marc08EX Im the MAN

Please send me a PM with your shipping information!

Only comment on 1 person whom we like at Autogeek? No Fair. How do you choose?

But, if I had to choose one I'd say Mike P. Because at the end of the day I could see myself enjoying a frosty beverage with him at the local bar.

Congrats! You won the best gift they were giving away. That would def look BAD @$$ in a shop or a garage .

Congrats! Pretty cool banner and signed by everyone. Enjoy!

Just a stray idea. I would like to have a cloth autogeek banner, sized to cover windshields, with magnets sewed in. Used to keep product off of the darn windshield.

Alternately, how about one of Mike's beach towels with magnets sewed in

Can you guys autograph another one please for the sick children at St Jude Research Hospital and auction it off to the highest bidder. If we hurry the high bid would not only have an awesome banner, help the poor little sick children at St Jude Research Hospital, but also would be able to make a 100% tax deduction for 2010

Thank you for at least cosidering my request. The poor sick children at St Jude Childrens Reasearch Hospital and Staff thank you too

Congrats Marc08EX on the win
