Nice job! I have a couple friends with s2000's too, and hopefully they will let me do their cars. For the scratches, i saw that you sanded it down a little. What grit paper did you use? My girlfriend's car has deep scratches like that and I want to be able to get rid of them.
Nice work Slick!! Cars look great!! In that one picture you look like you were talking to the red AG HD applicator pad. lol...
Was the white S2K single stage paint? It looked like there was white on the sand paper. I've done some Toyotas that were single stage white paint.

Oh, and Slick, your right about this Winters junk being all over ppl's paint. The clay manufactures will be getting rich off this mess for sure

Slick, those cars came out great!rops:
You initial statement was spot on! Those two were filthy and there's only one way to make them look new; lot's of time, hard work, and great products..
It's nice having someone else taking those photos showing "you" doing all the hard work that in the end results in a very satisfied customer..
Thanks for posting all the photos, I really enjoyed looking at them :dblthumb2:
Nice work Slick! Those cars came out awesome!
Thanks Dave! hahaha I actually am still sick and he caught me coughing on the sponge hahahahaha. You did some S2K that were single stage? I asked and he said it had a clear before I started. I thought when you sand there going be white because of the
clear?
. I guess I didn't understand you.I asked and he said it had a clear before I started.
I didn't think you were being like that. It's good with me. I'm not saying anything about the slurry either, because yes you will have a white slurry when sanding. You are correct. I just read the statement wrong that your friend made about there being clear before you started. The cars turned out great by the way, keep up the work! :xyxthumbs:
Thanks rwright!
So does anyone know why the bottom side skirt of white s2k turned yellow? And how to remove them?
