LMFAO this just makes me laugh. To think AG actually cares about any one person or customer is not only naive, but plain dumb. I'm not saying AG is made up of a bunch of jerks, because I know they are NOT, but to think they care about you personally or me personally doesn't make any sense at all. they are in business to make money, not friends.
Yes, but if you buy from someone else they won't care. It's not b/c they aren't good it's because it's a business. One person doesn't, scratch that, one person CAN'T matter to a company this big. They wouldn't make any money or get anything done. Thats a fact. That being said AG does have some awesome CS and employees.Well a business of their size cant just rely on one customer, so I see where you might could make that arguement, but I know this for a FACT, Dwayne sat and talked to me for 25 minutes just chatting about random stuff, and many at AG have gone way above to take care of any issues I may of had with anything. Dwayne even stated when I was questioning his amazing CS, that he is taking the Griots's motto of making customers for life, and that holds true each time I talk with him & Mike, they remember what we chatted about last time we talked, which tells me they do care about me personally enough to remember my pervious conversations. I haven't had dealings with all their employees and maybe you got that vibe from another employee if you ever had any dealing with them, I don't know, but to just blanket the company with your statement is a little out of line....but who knows maybe I'm just plain dumb......
My first thought was I found it extremely inappropriate to announce what an AG competitor is doing on this forum.
Having been employed by a business that started out with a staff the size of AG's during a time that it expanded rapidly, I would have to agree totally. I know what it's like to watch a company mismanage its expansion and seeing their service quality decline as a result, and AG has shown no signs of that despite it obviously growing. That is something I will support without question -- though I will clarify that the minute I see any signs to the contrary, I'll be one of the first to blow the whistle.AG has treated myself (and countless others very very well). AG isn't a huge nameless corporation.... it's Mike, Dwayne, Meghan, Kirk, Max, etc...(you get the idea) They have our backs I think we should have theres. If you want to run to another business for a dollar cheaper or a day sooner your free to do so. I'm loyal to those that deserve it. It's just my style.
Well, my first thought was that you've recently just started posting a good amount on AG, you never did before. Why? Because they invited you to Detail Fest, or some other reason that benefits you?

Dang, no wonder I couldn't get through to place an order. That's ok, you saved me at least $500.

Sometimes it's like talking to a wall here. I SAID AG HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY DIFFERENT WAYS I CAN SAY THAT!!!I see. Have you actually met anybody from Autogeek? And I don't mean just talked to them over the phone, but actually met them in person? Because I have, you see, and I gotta tell ya, they are the absolute nicest people I have ever met. There was one time I had just placed an order, and I read CEE DOG's review on Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel, and sent Meghan a PM asking her if she could add it to my order before it went to the warehouse. Gave her my order number and debit card number and everything. Well, it had already gone to the warehouse, so she went ahead and stuck it in there (FOR FREE!) so they wouldn't have to change the billing. If that ain't customer service then I don't know what is. I like knowing I'm doing business with a company that will bend over backwards to make sure I am 110% satisfied. With the dozens of orders I've placed, I don't recall ever having had a problem. To me, that speaks volumes about Autogeek, and that's also why I keep finding myself coming back. If nothing I've said so far convinces you that Autogeek does care about each of their customers, and sees them as individuals, not just customers, I challenge you to check out this thread: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum.../28172-win-trip-autogeek-show-car-garage.html. Specifically check out posts 1, 8, 50, and 67. Then try telling me that Autogeek doesn't care.

My point is they don't live and die with every individual. If I say to hell with AG and buy all my stuff somewhere else, they can't afford to waste the time it would take to win me back. If I say I will only buy from AG if they do such and such (something way out of the norm) then they will tell me to go pound sand. Again I'm not condemning AG I'm saying any business of their size will be like that it s a fact of becoming a business that big.
So please READ MY POST BEFORE YOU BLINDLY DEFEND AG FROM AN ATTACK THAT ISN'T BEING MADE. THANK YOU.
You stated why their CS was good, I'm not arguing that. Again I'm not saying AG is bad or evil or anything less than stellar. All I said was that a customer should not be guilted into being "loyal" to a store that won't be totally "loyal" in return.I did read your posts - every single one made in this thread. You said AG has great Customer Service but they don't care about anybody individually (see above portions of your quotes in bold). I spoke up and said that that wasn't true and why I felt that way based on my personal experience. What did I miss?

You really just don't get it. i'm not hating on AG. I would say the same about any other detail supply house. It's not possible to keep all your customers happy all the time. FACT.
So again, you may have read my post, but you obviously didn't understand them.
Yeah I'll be the guy with the TID shirt on....Whatever. :dunno: I'm not going to sit here and argue with you, since that is a complete waste of both my time and yours, and will most likely wind up with me saying something I will regret. You do what makes you happy, and I will do the same. You comin' to Detail Fest?
Lmao!!!Yeah I'll be the guy with the TID shirt on....
