Post Your Unpacking Pictures

It still boggles my mind how I can buy things direct from the manufacturer in China (usually custom keyboards, one of my other hobbies, based or made in Shanghai or Hong Kong) and DHL has it my on my doorstep in 2-3 days when domestic shippers can take 3-5 to deliver something a few cities over.

Of course things from Aliexpress take longer but that shipping is usually in the $5-10 range versus the $30-40 is costs to ship a custom keyboard or audio stuff. That still seems cheap when the keyboard shipping weight can be close to or over 10lbs.

I was buying all my bicycle stuff from Ireland and England for the longest time and just like you, DHL had it to me in Alaska or Hawaii in a few days at very reasonable cost

You *need* all those sprayers becomes sometimes sprayers need to be cleaned so having extra sprayers to spray the dirty ones just makes sense. I think the dinosaurs died out because they didn't have enough sprayers, or something like that.

Honestly, it is weird how some of the most innocent liquids we use will just kill a sprayer and then a sprayer in some caustic liquid will just last and last

Mostly I’m replacing some Zepp sprayers that aren’t that old

They sucked from the start

That brand used to be great but they got really hit or miss

And tell the dinosaurs to get their own damn sprayers

I’m not sharing

Selfish dinosaurs

My ADS order showed up while the site was in limbo

So far I have tried the Pilot and wrote a short review for the ADS website

I REALLY like Pilot

Well now you've made things difficult, because I liked the reviews of Nextzett Cockpit, and now there's Pilot to consider, well, I still have to use up my TWHS Inside Job, so I've some time.

I'd say Nexzett cleans better, and the Turtlewax would have more dressing ability, so Pilot would sit in the middle in delivery modest cleaning ability and a completely matte OEM look. I love it for the scent alone, but keep coming back to it because of its ease of use and matte finish.

I used up the last of my NV Snow last weekend, I have used some other brands before, so I decided to test a new brand this time, something cheap. I went with a store brand from Repco. It was already cheap by comparison, but it was a further 25% off. Eclipse Hyper Foam, 2 litres for $24. I can always give it away if I really don't like it. It does have a different scent, smells a bit like hand cream PSX_20240915_220012.jpg

How did you upload photo? Its says my photo is to large. Do you know the size limit?
I clicked on the icon of the image next to chain, then selected from my gallery. Because I used to go through Tapatalk, I was already reducing the pictures down to 800 X 600 pixels, so I just went with that. I use the Photoshop ap in my phone to make the adjustments. I don't know what the size limit is, but I may experiment next time. But the smaller ones don't come out to bad if you run some filters over them.

I used this free online resizing site on my MacBook

Dead simple

I found that 75% of the normal size of the pics my iPhone takes was just fine

My impression was P&S Express meets Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer

It had some foaming action wiping it around but not as much as Express and the after effect was similar to the Quick but less of a stripped feel

The Lexus materials are very finicky and the other interior cleaners I have tried leave it feeling dried out like cardboard

When I got that dried out effect I tried going over it again with Perl at 5:1 and that was way too dark and saturated to still look OEM

The pilot seemed to hit the sweet spot and just clean it and leave it looking new without feeling and looking either stripped or greasy

I was hesitant because Deyon had mentioned something about a cologne smell but I totally don't get that

To me it is a very subtle scent and is quickly gone

All of the 6 products I got have very very light scents compared to a lot of other products

Hero and Amplify are up on deck for later today so I will report in after that

I have enjoyed the NV products I have, including Snow and Snow+, but now that Carzilla has started charging a minimum of $50 shipping I am probably looking at alternatives myself

1000005045.jpglatest order. Got 2of these 5 packs of towels for 6 bucks and some change a pack to try, for general purpose. I resized the picture to 60% and it loaded. Im sure the pic will look like shit..and be all grainy.

First time trying it. I remember pauly reccomending it a long time ago. I hope hes doing well.
Yeah, I haven't seen or heard from him in a long time

I think he kind of disappeared while I was in AG exile earlier this year

Gummi was the absolute best thing to use on the window and door seals of my Audi TT

Normally 303 would do the trick wiped on straight and buffed off but for some reason the TT hated that
