So the MF system really that good? I might have to give it a try.
Hey, just because I have my pads stacked differently than you...I keep the heavy ones on the bottom of the pile

Do you throw the KBM out the window when using the Flex 3401? That's what I thought...I've achieved some very nice results with orange LC and M105 on a PCXP...technique plays a huge role though (KBM).

So I can use the MF pads from the Megs DA MF system with the m105???? I just tried the m105 with an orange pad and was not impressed (don't own any yellows yet). I switched back to the Megs DA MF system. I might have to try the m105, but will that make that pad no longer good with the 300???
So is the MF pad more aggressive than the orange pad?

As long as you clean the pad after, you can still use the d300.
Yes, M105 works very well with the MF pads. If you wash your pads out thoroughly you should be fine using D300 with them too.
SMAT polishes really seem to like pressure and I think those who are not seeing results need to tweak your technique a little. Slow your arm speed down, reduce your work area size, and apply more pressure. While more aggressive pads (such as the yellow LC) may cut more, they also tend to haze the paint, so there is a trade off.
I have also come across some really hard clears where the orange LC simply isn't going to cut it, and a more aggressive pad or tool will be needed in those instances.
but I also think they have more cut than the Cyan HT pads that are sold as having more cut than an orange LC.
