Wash and Clear - 2 ounces per gallonwhich shampoo is the one that is used to strip sealants and waxes?
Im starting to notice a trend here - seems like you and I use/favor many of the same productsrops:
I wonder why DI is the only vendor that carries the original Citrus Wash(orange)?
which shampoo is the one that is used to strip sealants and waxes?
Wash and Clear - 2 ounces per gallon
Some will say wash n' gloss, but I don't think that makes sense to use something to strip that has glossing agents in it.
has anyone used Chemical Guys Water Spot Remover
One thing to note Jason, you were around long before me. I pay attention to what a lot of you guys use and post.
They are not, Autoality does. DI is the only vendor presently offering the water spot remover, that I'm aware of.
Citrus Wash (orange) or Citrus Wash & Gloss (yellow)
I thought that was for daily use? Too much overlap in my opinion. Citrus Wash & Gloss is a very, very slick soap and does indeed strip.
Ive been looking at both products and I think this is backwards. Wash and gloss is the one that strips the wax and clear is then one that is wax safe
If you look at the instructions of wash gloss and wash clear as *paint cleansers*, both instruct the same dilution.Ive been looking at both products and I think this is backwards. Wash and gloss is the one that strips the wax and clear is then one that is wax safe
Exactly.CWC= Citrus Wash Clear can remove lsp at certain dilutions - it does not "leave anything behind"
CWG = Citrus Wash Gloss can similarly remove lsp at certain dilutions - it does "leave something behind"
The only CG product I use is their water spot remover. It wasn't even listed on their site, but you could get it elsewhere. I hope AG carries it.
How is it
It's great.... Not a miracle product like some think it is meaning, you don't just wipe it on and the waterspots magically come of... You have to really work it for tough spots
Def worth having for the times you need it
Went to visit the Chemical Guys facility since it is closer to me . Pretty awesome and they have women in bikinis walking around lol.
I have no problem with girls in bikinis but this sounds a little gimmicky.
