I felt the same way, I spent $2000 dollars on a order here and I was pissed. It's like give me a break! I don't want to see the crappy production of these products I got for what I spent. A tip for you is buy stuff like 3m and do your research on stuff from PBMA, so you know what's good and whats not. There are great reviews on AG too. Also the whole collinite thing is different because it has a classic look and clean appearance to it that one can appreciate.

Nick tried once, so I'll give it a shot.

The tube is supposed to be long, that long. It's designed so that when fully inserted the tube is bent inside the container and it will then automatically find a corner to reside in. This allows the bottle to be tilted so that, as Nick previously stated, all of the product can be gotten out of the bottle. This way you're not wasting product, nor wasting your money.

If the tube isn't as long as it currently is, then you could use all of the product simply because the tube would be much too short to rest in a corner of the bottle.

A round bottle would be no different, as the tube would need to also be bent inside the bottle to glean every last drop of product from the bottle.

I'm not sure you understood this early. If you don't now, you'll most likely never understand it and your best bet would be to allow Nick to refund your money. In that event, it still isn't AG's fault. The bottle is designed that way. Go ahead and thread it on and use it. You'll see what we're talking about.

If that works the only thing left to do is go ahead and use the Souveran. Who wants bragging rights on the can of wax anyway. I'd much rather turn heads with the shine of my car...

...that is unless you're putting it on your bicycle. Joke...no harm intended.

Or he could just cut the tube down one inch if it bugs him that much.

I can't tell if this is a serious comment or not.

Yeah, I'm done arguing. Everyone's acting like I hate the products or something. I'm just saying for the money I spent it looks like crap. I wouldn't buy it from a store in this condition for this price.

As far as the straw goes it's not a little longer than the bottle its a LOT it doesn't close with the straw inside even "bent at the bottom"

And yes I cut the straw already I'm just saying I shouldn't have to...

It is but I cut out some parts because it was just me ranting negatively, so it isn't worded right. I just feel like I wasted money when I first bought from here because of things like quality, amount of product(like only 8oz. bottles) in the kits they sell, and prices. I pretty much fell for the products they marketed the most as "the best", before I did the research and realized what I really needed to get and what was the best.

let me offer a little advice on Souveran in advance. A little goes a very long way. You should see no less than 30+ applications in a jar likely more. Also remember for best results to prep the paint first (polish or cleanse). And finally buff off while slightly damp. Its panel by panel. I even suggest a little sun to really help it glow.

Please don't change the subject again- It's all about post # 11 !

should have bought Fuzion

I get ooh's and aah's whenever I bring it out the wooden box

granted, it's mostly me doing it but still..

Nick offered to take care of you, if you are not happy then please call us tomorrow, otherwise please keep this thread friendly and on topic or it will be closed.

Nick offered to replace it for you yet you are still complaining? What was the point to start this thread if your not gonna let them fix the problem?

lol, I was gonna buy fuzion but I saw better reviews for souveran. Like I said though both the wg stuff and the pinnacle souveran looked cheaply manufactered but I'm more so disappointed with the souveran maybe cause I bought the hype about it being hand poured twice because they cared about every aspect of the product including the appearance just to receive such a low quality looking product. I mean the wg is no better the labeling is the kind of stuff youd expect to see on bulk 1 gallon batches not stuff you'd see for personal use.

Again not bashing it's ability to do what it says it does just the kind of dissapointment you have when you buy a bag of chips and see it's half full of air. It's still the exact weight described on the bag just looks like a rip off.:xyxthumbs:

forget the reviews, Fuzion is better...

mainly cause I chose it over Souveran

Look at most of your comparable boutique waxes and look how they are packaged. Do you really think that the Souveran would cost more if the packaging was upgraded ? It's not a hugh expense.
Futhermore, even 845's packaging is classic -yet simple. Like a coke bottle.
Don't own Souveran and probably never will- I stay $75 and under on my vehicles.

if you care so much about the packaging you should have opted for that cool wooden fuzion box

the first post asked the question... was anyone else disappointed with the look of the product for the price? I'm not gonna go through the hassle of RMA for visual appearance that's just stupid but I will voice my opinion that it's not what I expected a premium product to look like and asked if anyone agreed.

Actually I have a better idea, send me your new tub and I'll send you mine that's half full. The packaging is perfect! No bubbles on the label or anything.

the box is cool

I've got big plans for it once my Fuzion is done in about 3 years...

I actually almost went for that cause it looked neat but really I thought the reviews for souveran were better :/

Again I don't care if the packing is cool/hip/awesome it should just look like its worth more than 5$

Hell some of the crap stuff you get at AZ look better than this stuff. If you put a nice looking product like Megs next to Souveran the way I got it, on a shelf at any retailer why would anyone pick Souveran?

Hahah never...

I really hope I'm getting the point across that I don't hate these products or want a return but I am disappointed that a new customer after doing a bunch of research and shelling out a bit more for what seemed like a premium product to receive something that looks like I might as well have whipped up myself.

I understand what you're saying, but you gotta keep in mind the kind of consumer that the big brand names at Autozone are targeting. Joe Bloe will buy the product that looks prettiest on the shelf, not take the time to do some research and find out what works.
