The lights I went with are the newer T-8 fixtures. They are thinner bulbs, throw off more light than the older T-12 (which are currently being obsoleted) and they use a little less energy. I think I went with the "Sunlight" bulbs that work best for a garage setting especially with higher ceilings. Nothing special about them otherwise other than the 6 bulb fixtures throw off an extreme amount of light. I'll eventually install a few more of those 6 bulb fixtures in there.

Thanks, that cup holder was in the scrap wood bin. Wasn't working out in my van but it works well in the shop.
I have been super busy with detailing and learning new stuff related to some other opportunities that have come up so while the shop is fully functional I still haven't done anything to the office area. I did pick this baby up today though to add to the shop.
The drain line is completely clogged up.
Maybe that's why the sink was sitting outside and no longer plumbed in. I'll have to have someone run a power snake down through it because a regular snake didn't work out too well. Oh well.. A bill for another day I guess.

Thanks Dave. You're right in that this has been a positive move for sure. The guy I rent my shop from has really been helping me to succeed. I help him out a lot by being there and he obviously helps me a lot too. I finished plumbing in the air pipes, regulator, water trap, oiler and Parker quick couplings on Friday evening, and wired in the 220 circuit on Saturday morning. This air compressor gives a whole new meaning to clean microfiber cutting discs. I really can't believe how quiet this thing is while it's operating. :xyxthumbs:
