Today, I sent back the newest unit for refund. I can open my current one and compare the DIP switch setting to others.
O.K., I removed the rear cover from my GG6: backed off a small phillips-head screw, and it slipped right off. Not a big deal, and I now can see exactly what I have to do to replace the brushes when that eventually becomes necessary.
But no DIP switches in sight anywhere. Either there aren't any or they are really well buried where I can't access them without desoldering wires and boards. Not gonna go there and I doubt anyone else will either unless they're working with a dead unit.
Maybe you should just send your video in to "Unsolved Mysteries" and call it a day.
