Why? The moronic dealer drilled holes into the front bumper for the license plate. I almost didn't buy the car for this reason, but frankly, I had zero other local '12 GT's to choose from. There were a couple out of state with CA emissions(it's a must to be able to register the car in CA) from the factory, but the dealers wanted to charge OUTRAGEOUS "dealer fees", and I still would have had to pay for shipping. Anyhow, I found a brand new OEM painted Ingot Silver bumper on ebay for relatively cheap. It's a "take off" bumper from either a Roush, Saleen, or Shelby GT that was "up-fitted" to their specs. It was a no brainer for me to do this as I did NOT want to have to re-paint anything on a new car. It was either buying the bumper, or living with the licence plate mounted.
I'm also awaiting the arrival of Steeda Ultralite springs, Koni shocks/struts, California special front splitter, and the FRPP GT500 axle back exhaust. Im the MAN
 In the near future, I will add 20" Forgestar F14 wheels in gunmetal, and that should just about do it!
