Great job.
Hi Marc...
As is the norm for you:
You still have some M81?!?! :wow:
I ran out of it a couple of years ago.
-I'll have to give your "M205-mix" a try with
either MO7/A12 for: "further-refinement-polishing".
My vehicles really like all of the TS-Oils that I can give them!! {LOL}
Lest I forget:
Thanks for sharing your detail-processes/tools,
along with the accompanying photos...:dblthumb2:
Bob
Any plans for more mods?
I have the same opinions about the 21 after using mine yesterday. I did it without the washer mod though. Can't wait to get more time under my belt.
Exact reason why I went with the 21.
Ah yes, finally get to see your sweet 8th Gen looking all dripping wet. A+ work as usual Marc. It must be a relief being able to work on your car. I love red paint!
Great work Marc! Love the red and you knocked it out of the park :xyxthumbs:
Looks great Marc! Nice photos and the wheel/tire combo is awesome as well!rops:
What suspension are you on and what do you plan on upgrading with?
Im on H&R sports with Koni Yellow's in my 07 BMW.
A full Eibach system with spring, shock, and sway bars will be the hot ticket for your ride.
Eibach Pros wont be too low, usually they have the least amount of drop. H&R tends to go lower.
As long as you go with any decent progressive rate spring you should be fine, just stay away from the cheap "coil over" kits that consist of a linear spring and an adjustable perch that go on a standard strut.
Ill always have a spot in my heart for properly done up Hondas. Love it man, great job
very detailed show & shine thread
nice work
Nice work, lots of taping.
Super sweet ride and awesome job on the correction work. I love the wheels as well although I am partial to gold wheels!
Looks great!
Awesome work again, Marc! The wheels and that front lip really make that car! I wouldn't go too much lower either, I actually think it loos good now.
Get that washer installed too!
Man I miss my 8th gen Si....I actually seen it listed for sale a few weeks ago on Auto Trader when my wife was shopping for a car....it has 78K on it now and looked pretty beat up.![]()
NICE JOB!!
Obviously, the LHR21 is awesome! How do you like the Rupes pads? I think they're awesome, too!
What speed did you use with the Rupes?
Sweet ride! I have a 12 SI coupe and love itgreat job on the detail too!
Let me know. Before became a firefighter / paramedic I did alot of performance stuff for Subarus primarily, ECU tuning etc for a big dealer in Florida.
Still have some connections I can put you in touch with.
Curved? That's interesting, I never experienced that. I use speed 4, and bump it up if anymore is needed.Thank you so much, Mark!!!
I think the Rupes pads are OK. There's nothing special. Any other pads can be used with the machine IMO. I don't like how it's curved so the first time you use the pad, it doesn't make full contact to the paint.
I used it on speed 4.5. If I need extra cutting power, I bump it up to speed 5. What speeds are you using it with Mark?
