Detailers - how long is your hose?

I'm running two 50' Craftsman all rubber hoses. Leave them out year round. Non-marking and will not burst in high temperatures. You can usually catch them on sale throughout the summer. Sent from my ME173X using Tapatalk

Mike Phillips VIF or Vehicle Inspection Form

Just to make it easier, I'd be happy to host a copy of the VIF on my Google docs or Dropbox account. I don't have the most current, but will put it up as soon as someone sends me a copy. Attention Optimum Fans!

I didn't see anything about a "break in" before use, so I'm guessing this block doesn't require it? Also, any idea of expected # of lifetime uses for the block?

portable worklight? like the brinkmann or maybe the brinkmann

I actually just finished a full correction, polish, and seal while using the Fenix HL21 (big fan of Fenix btw). I found it particularly useful for inspecting results on the fly on a black vehicle and also helpful in maintaining super thin product application. Without decent lighting, especially...

my first experience with Collinite 476s and 915

I've got a question for those of you who have said using a DA with 915 makes it easier. I am looking to apply 915 for the first time over Klasse Twins. I was planning on using the DA to spread and then removing by hand with a MF towel. I know many of you have said a MF bonnet on the DA is...

    Light swirls after M105?

I might try 205 with the tangerine pad instead of the white one. That way you are reducing abrasiveness but keeping the cut. There was a recent thread about this same combo that gave some good info. Check here: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/showthread.php?t=29092

    Car wax for leather boots

While it would probably work, it might also shorten the life of the boots. Depending on how hard you are on shoes, this may be irrelevant as you could wear them out before long term damage occurs. However, you have to remember that leather (once living skin) has pores and needs to breathe...
