But it is a (Tasmanian) devil of a workout;
and, Eucalyptus tea makes for a great post-
workout beverage. :)

Finally had a chance to test out the new Speedo Goggles.

Without a doubt - nicest goggles I’ve ever had. Full UV protection and mirror finish outside are perfect for pool workouts.

mike, if you ever have a problem with your goggles fogging up at some point (they all do), give this stuff a try. i have tried several different brands and this is hands down the best one i have ever used. keep up the great job!

RE: “What’s the last form...”

Whoever it was that said the Bench Press
can’t be a total-body workout...has yet to
try “benching” using my non-linear form:
Proven. Effective.

As a professional ballet dancer- holiday preperations start early for us- i.e. Nutcracker. So, here are two photos of me doing some ballet lifting from my second rehearsal for a guest appearance that I am doing

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

another swim today, a little less than a half mile. dayum i'm tired...

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

today 750 meters in the pool. couldn't go in the sauna because it was broken (went in the steam room instead). why you ask? someone decided to pour water on the thermometer/hot rocks thinking it would get hotter than it already was. why do people do things like that?

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

Knocked out a mile today at the pool (did have to take one break at the half way mark). Came home and ate anything that wasn’t nailed down. So much for losing weight

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

Today was a shortened back day at the gym consisting of
Dumbell rows 3 sets x18reps warm up
Then 4x16,15,12,8
-straight bar pull down 3x18
- standing cable row 5x18
-seated row 4x8
-lat push down 4x14
If you ever want to destroy your body try doing this thing called a murph. We did it for PT last week and it destroyed my back and legs. I recommended starting with a half one first.

keep up the great job in the water, swimming is very under-rated and takes a lot of practice, patience, and discipline...

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

You also keep up the swimming (2 to 3 times a week clears the mind). Actually keeps my endurance up for men’s league ice hockey (1x a week) and is significantly safer.

Cheers

Luckily we did 3 half ones in preparation for this one but the real hell was the pull ups and the run at the end because your body is destroyed. My platoon SGT is ranger and he heard that we were doing our 4th half one and he said “oh that’s too easy my daughter can do that” so my squad leader converted it into a full murph. But to be honest I’ve endured harder things like running 12 miles straight with a 40lb ruck. The challenge was to beat him you get the rest of the day off. Myself and one other person finished in front of him. Post ruck I couldn’t walk or step properly for 4 days.a picture of the battle scars from that day View attachment 65297
