    Foam cannon or foam gun

Cannon hands down! I wouldn't waste my time with a foam gun if you have a pressure washer available.

    What did I do Wrong?

Just because a towel is "brand new" DOES NOT mean it won't scratch paint. The black paint on my Toyota can be scratched very easily with new microfiber. Not only do I use the highest quality towels available, my technique has to be virtually perfect to prevent towel induced marring. I have...

*NEW* BLACKFIRE Crystal Coat Paint Coating!

What are your concerns? Will the coating somehow dissolve, melt, or catch on fire? I don't think so.

    Buff and Shine pads

OP: Have you tried either of the pads you mention? Pad choice is usually a personal preference kind of thing. Any pad from a reputable manufacturer will yield great results when used with the correct polish and proper technique. My advice would be to try several and see which suits YOUR tastes.

    Sealants???

You got it backwards. Synthetic sealant before wax. Sealants are generally more durable and should be applied BEFORE a finishing wax. Of course the definitions are a bit muddled this day and age. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you, the Gold Class wax you used probably wont last very...

    Wolfgang Instant Detail Spritz

The free samples keep me supplied with Wolfgang Instant Detail Spritz. If you want "real" protection for the same amount of labor you should try Deep Gloss Liquid Seal or Deep gloss Spritz Sealant. Super fast, super beads!

    Questions about Carpro products...

In my opinion no liquid is a "drying agent/aid"! I think the detailing word needs to come up with a different word for such a product. When I dry my vehicles my goal is to remove all liquid, not spray more on.

Will wolfgang swirl remover be enough?

I agree with most everyone, but I will add, If I were in the market for a new compound I would skip WTSR and go for the Uber Compound. It cuts better and finishes nicer in my experience. It is also a breeze to work with! I have the Wolfgang Triplets but TSR just collects dust.

    Questions about Carpro products...

After polishing I would do an Eraser wipedown before LSP regardless of the polish used. I have Reload and Hydro 2 and have yet to try either. I am extremely pleased with other CarPro products such as, Forte, CQuartz UK, and Eraser. They stock excellent towels as well.

    BFWD vs WGDGPS question

I use them both regularly. Hell, I've even used BFWD on half and WDGPS on the other half of a vehicle. That being said, I probably like WDGPS a smidge more at this time. If you're itching it's worth giving it a shot at 20 percent off. Of course you could get a free sample next time you order...

    Pads & sizes

You will notice a HUGE increase in performance by switching to 5.5" low profile pads! I like Lake Country Flat and Hydrotechs. Forget the counter weight business. Use the one that's on there. In summation......DO NOT use any pads greater than 5.5" on the PC7424. It needs small pads to...
