    Could you be more specific ? What does the hoa rule state ? It may only require that you address the hoa at one of the meetings. As other have said many years ago, soap could have been flowing all over the place or into their storm sewers, which caused a problem and damage to the property, etc...

    Anything and Everything. If you read the product contents list. You will be wearing gloves for all work. In fact if you have ever held onto a microfiber towel for a long time you will even notice that your hand's seem to be drying and chap. If in doubt wear the gloves. Safety first, style second.

    My suggestion is to check your policy then with your insurance company. What is your deductable ? What is the cost ? Also, you may have coverage that covers hit and run type damage, were there is no deductable. It might be listed as uninsured motorist coverage.

    Stick with the Collinite 845. Based on price's for each and what you are looking to accomplish. 845 is the clear winner.

    Using distilled water as a pre-soak?

    I have also got into the habit that anything that calls for mixing with water or dilution, I will use distilled water. I also understand that some of us have well water and depending on area this might not be the best. If you can afford it, its your decision.
