    Ford Shelby GT500

Ford Shelby GT500 I was contacted by a forum member of another forum I am on to get his new Shelby cleaned up. It was in great shape when I got there. It got a rinseless wash and then clay bar. After that I put a coat of Pinnancle XMT 180 paste wax. The interior was slathered in dealership...

What do you use for Fabric proctection?

I am with Bobby, also use that same stuff. The smell can be pretty harsh initially but seems to work well.

My new favorite 1 step killer combo!

Love the creativity and the results are stunning. Any issues running your MF cutting pads at speed 5.5? I realize the PCXP is under-powered but that speed with those pads sounds like a recipe for the adhesive to fail that holds the pads together.

    To buy a rotary or...

I own and use a rotary often but if you are just doing this as a hobby I dont see any need for one. The product/pad/technique technology has come so far that incredible results can be had just using a DA. Get a bike, get fit and healthy.

    2003 Nissan 350Z - Mike's Showroom Service

Nice job. I used to own an 03 350z, and the paint was pretty soft IMO. It is always fun when you get to work on a ride that you know inside and out. Great turn around on a good looking Z.

Berlina Black S2000 looks so nice when done right

S2000 sure does look nice. I have always really liked those. The Meg MF system yields great results and is easy to use. Nice job. Gotta agree with the fitment of the wheels. Reminds me of an offroad truck.

What is it with people that have money?

Being rich doesn't mean you like or even care about cars. Alot of high end car owners don't care enough to have it properly detailed. But yes, it is frustrating at times.

    Best products to get started

Also, if you are already going to place an order save yourself a trip to Wally world and purchase said items from AG. You will be happier that way and get better, more professional results/appearance.

    Best products to get started

Ditch the PCXP and get a Griots. You also dont want to pair a 5 inch backing plate with 6.5 inch pads, that is alot of pad not making contact with the backing plate. I would use 5.5 inch pads, as you will soon learn when you start reading around here. I would strongly consider the Meg MF...

    Surf City Garage (rant)

Havent really used much of their products. I once used the Carnuba Wax liquid version, don't recall the name. Wasn't impressed. I frequently use their drying towel though.

    Free stuff.

One thing I have never liked about this forum is that when something is being given away by AG or just another member, people come out of the wood works to enter their name in. I mean everyone likes free stuff but I can't help but feel that the people who contribute to the forum are the ones who...
