Why not try the SprayMaster, you can find them at your local Home Depot. I have 2 of them, for acid and degreasers. Has not giving me problems at all.

1 step correction for me would be using an AIO product. Correcting as much as possible and laying down some protection as well. Here you can up sell a longer protection. I'm not sure what a 1 step polish would be other than just correcting as much as possible as well. Probably not an AIO...

Also OP there's no way you can compete with the average local car wash. They can be doing a quick in and out wash and a 2 hour detail. Their detail might be unprofessional so that's how you will separate yourself from competition. Driving your prices down trying to compete against their pricing...
