You can absolutely apply CQuartz Classic over matte stripes. It slightly enhances them and protects them. Just ensure that you prep them properly and level the coating properly. You don't want to have to polish down high spots on them.

If you're already pulling out your machines; may as well grab some HD Speed. While it doesn't "fill"; you can literally buzz over the surface super quick and enhance the surface rather than filling. Go over the whole car then remove where you started.

I would put the green BNS foam right between the white and black foam. It cuts less than a heavy white polishing pad but more than a black foam finishing. Its my go to for HD Speed gloss enhancing polish jobs.
