Yes, it is 2 parts Hydro and 1 part Hydro Seal, but it is way better to error on the side of more spray Hydro. If it got lumpy, I suspect there was a forgotten shake. This mix separates rapidly, so if you set it down, shake it up again before you spray. Streaks tend to be fine, clear streaks...

Prima Hydro MAX will not replace regular spray Hydro. It is more of an overlap of Hydro Seal. I love Hydro Seal, but if I can spray install the same look and durability, that is what I am going to do. All I have used for the past year is Hydro MAX.

Sure, you can use water. Just like with straight Hydro Seal on the paint. Using water as your wetting agent works well. Hydro is better. Using Hydro also adds some extra pop.

I think it does an excellent job. I saw another thread where someone applied it to some neglected trim. It was quickly absorbed. You could see some unevenness on the trim piece which means it was absorbing at different rates. Another application and it would have evened right out. Infinity...

It's a polymer trim and tire protectant that bonds to plastic and rubber much the same way sealants cross-link to paint. You get great durability from a product that slowly fades to less black as it wears off.
