I like optimum polish II as I have had great results with it. I change to a cutting pad and I can get out most swirls. Polishing pad and it leaves the surface looking like glass. No fillers is a plus as well.

I 100% agree but if you have no choice then I would use the poor boys.

I'd try to hit it with Dawn and tons of water after to soak it all up. the only issue is the oil probably seeped its way through the carpet. On my own car, if it was close to an edge, I would lift my carpet and clean both sides as well as the floor panel.

Use Poor boys products. No shade required.

You should probably stop sanding it to avoid ruining it. Do you have anyone in your area you can see for advice. I know if you dont rinse of and clean of the water from wetsanding it will dry cloudy... are you sure your not going that? Also after you sand it even with the 2000 you need to hit...

Thats a tough one. I dont charge my family labour. I do a guestimate on how much product I used and say here is your price. I just did my dads vehicle and charge him about $75. Considering it took 8 hours and tons of product. He was more than happy as anywhere else thats easy $200.
