Just completed this detail about a week ago.

At first the car looked good outside but.....

It was very heavily contaminated! It felt like 80 grit sandpaper when I clayed the car! It was a mess!

Below pictures was after I washed, iron-x'ed and clayed the car.

Scratches and Swirls...

After completing BlackFire One Step,

I've went ahead and machine polished some BlackFire Sealant.

Done...

Nice work.....what machine/pad did you use for the One Step?

Nice work, Tommy!

I've always liked the Bentleyesque headlamps on those.

Rupes mk II and rupes white pads...

Tom

Maybe it’s just me, but I actually think it’s quite impressive that you accomplished these results with the Rupes White Pad.

Now that you mentioned it...

Went back and double checked my written records.

Correction---it was Rupes yellow pads, not the white pads. Used the white pads to lay down sealant.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention---had a brain fade here!

I tend to use white pads when doing an AIO in general. But not in this case.

Thanks Scott...

Your style and write ups plus other forum members' input led to the results I'm able to achieve these days.

Thanks to you and other members whom have taken the time to post their work.

I grow each time I read a post by others...

Thanks to all of you.

Tom

Tommy, you're right up there with the best of 'em. Thank YOU as well.

Thanks for the kind words, Paul.

Appreciate hearing that!

Now I have to do something about my head!! Can't get through the doors now. Grin...

Tom

Three words....

Consistently amazing work!
