Here is a couple of pics of my Boss 302 in Got to have it Green.
I clayed and sealed it with Wolfgang DGPS 3.0 and topped with DOO DOOJUOCE hard candy.
 
I think the new Mustangs look badass. I also like the green alot since it pops and is very eye catching. That said I do think I would get tired of a car that bright all the time...lol.

Anyway, congrats on the purchase, and good job making it look great!
 
Wow. So many mustangs are appearing on this forum all the sudden.

I can think of several threads this past week.
 
Wooooo Hooooooo!! Those Boss 302's are bad ass!!! My '13 5.0 with 3.73 gears hauls a**!! I couldn't imagine the Boss 302, and especially the GT500 power!!!! :eek:
 
Congratulations! The new Boss 302 looks amazing.

The Boss is great and it sound sgreat after pulling the disks for the side exhaust. The Shelby is stupid fast since I added a TVS blower and a custom tune. :dblthumb2:
 
2013 GT500 is going to make people think twice before looking at a ZR-1. Ford getting $#*+ DONE.

<3 Boss models. 1970 Boss 429 is my ultimate muscle dream car. And I'm a Chevy guy lol.

Maybe on the straights. There is no way a Mustang is going to out handle a ZR-1 Corvette. Were you referring instead to the Camaro ZL-1?
 
Oh wow! Now I am officially jealous. You own a BOSS and a Shelby!!! I'm guessing your next one will be a Super Snake. :)

I'm on my third Mustang, '09 GT/CS, with Kooks Long tubes, high flow catted H, 4.10s, C&L CAI, Flows, FRPP cams, custom tune, etc and that only put up to about 350'ish on the dyno. I could not imagine the power of your two cars. I would love to own a Shelby one day. Congrats and enjoy!!!!

As a Corvette owner, it's painful :( to say ,but Ford is doing some cool things with the Mustang family.

I hope the forthcoming C7 ups the ante.

I feel very fortunate to be in aposition to own both of these. I don't need a SuperSnake. My shelby puts 669/ 714 to the tires. :dblthumb2:

No I meant ZR-1. Who said anything about straights or handling? GT 500 is worthy of a side-by-side comparison for about half the money. And let's be real here, you'd have to be a very talented driver to keep the Z under control around hard corners. No Joe Schmoe car there. Might be the same story with the Mustang, but bang for the buck, it's even on top of the GTR.

I absolutely LOVE the new BOSS 302 Mustangs!! :props:

I remember when the BOSS 302 Mustangs hit the market in 1969. On the front cover was a yellow BOSS 302 Mustang being tested on the Bonneville Salt Flats. Shortly after the 302's introduction Ford unveiled the monster BOSS 429 Mustang. Lift the hood on this baby and this is what it looked like....

These new Mustangs are truly impressive and have earned their place in Muscle Car history......
