This is a new client who wanted his Corvette ceramic coated. A paint correction and protection package was in order for this white beast!
The paint was not horrible, although it was full of swirls. It was difficult to capture on my camera, but my Scangrip lights DO NOT LIE! Lol.
The paint readings on this were surprisingly low. I was getting averages on the horizontal panels of about 3.0mils if I was lucky. The vertical panels were a bit better averaging around 3.8mils. I couldn’t go bezerk on the finish.

Kenotek anti-insect.
McKee’s37 iron remover.
2BW w/Adam’s shampoo, MF mitt.
Adam’s APC for engine compartment.
Clayed with a fine grade nano-sponge.
Dried via Master Blaster.

Blackfire AIO rubber/trim for engine compartment.
22ple Mistico Elemento Forte was the LSP of choice.
Topped with 22ple Finitura.
Wheels were cleaned/decon’d with Adam’s wheel cleaner.
Misc brushes.
Adam’s tire/rubber cleaner.
Gyeon TIRE was the tire dressing.
Vehicle lift Bendpack Quickjack.
Calipers/wheel wells were cleaned with Adam’s APC.

Thanks for looking/reading, and I hope I didn’t miss anything. As always, comments and questions are encouraged!

Thank you!

Very cool! Thanks for sharing. Here’s a question (from a newb):

I noticed you used Griot’s fast correcting cream, then Blackfire Polish. Is there a reason you didn’t use Griots perfecting cream instead? Wondering if this was a specific preference or was it a matter of what you had on hand?

^^^Thank you! I wanted a little bit more 'cut' from my finishing polish than what the perfecting cream offers. That's the only reason!

I have had 8 Vettes in the past and this makes me want another one!
I forgot, I can't crawl in and out of those things anymore!

Very nice work Scott. Love the red interior.

Thanks Bob. I love that interior!

Stellar work bro. Sometimes it's gotta be bitter sweet sending them home to their owners.

It would be worth becoming a contortionist to have one! LOL

Simply spectacular !

Thank you Ron!!!!

Nice job-- lots of effort. Only time it looked any better was when it rolled out of bowling green.
The wheels cleaned up look a million times better. Have one ? for you though. I know the tires on the inside do not get seen and that "brown " looking grime is a beast to clean, lots of trucks get that on the outside also. FYI, in case you may not know-- that grime comes off EASY when sprayed with Castrol Super clean foam. Spray the foam on , let it dissolve for a minute and it like new almost!!

Absolutely sizzlin' now, Doctor Scott! Such beautiful work in such a beautiful "shop".

Dammm Scott... are the infared lamps a new tool you just picked up? Or maybe i just missed it from your other threads........

Amazing work Scott !!!! It surprising how great white can look when it's done properly.
