69 Mach 1 respray

View attachment 50886Just got done with a very nice 69 Mach 1 with a respray of unknown origin. Maroon single stage was of course oxidized and loaded with scratches. Before and during the process paint was metered every step of the way as the readings indicated very thin( unsafe to machine polish) paint in a few spots. Hand rubbing at least knocked off the dead paint, everything else was machine polished with Flex and scholls gold xxl with Menzerna 4000 second. Took 18 hours to achieve best possible results.
