Yeah I got a new oven and it had an Air fryer setting so tried air frying this year. Came out real tender. Just got to get a proper knife to cut it.

Pan fried crumbed veal with a slice of lemon. Air fried potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin, seasoned with smoked paprika and herb & garlic salt.

Damn that looks good.
I've had a hankerin' for a good (simple) pot roast. Might have to pencil that in for this weekend.
 
I had boiled eggs and toast for breakfast this morning. I use an egg cooker that basically steams the eggs, results may vary.
