Looks like Permanon to me.
Looks like Permanon to me.
Exactly!!Hmm... If it can supposedly last for the 3 months (which makes it 6x longer than permanon, since I hear that permanon really only lasts like 2 weeks), and is priced just right (and can also be dilutable), then I think I've found something that I will horde...![]()
ok wow. not the great price point I was looking for... With the difference in dilution ratio. The price is comparable to permanon.
While that can be a fair assumption, keep in mind that with permanon, it's expensive, AND you need to constantly redo the car as it only lasts I hear about 2 weeks; so this really drains your wallet.
With this stuff, it will last supposedly 3 months, which puts it far ahead of the curve with regards to permanon. I just hope it's as durable as it claims, but if it's CarPro, I don't have many doubts.
Agree on all points. Im just a little lost on the whole concept vs. cost. It would have to last longer or cost less for me to consider buying.
I want to know how "clean" the surface has to be and by how much it would affect durability.
It clearly states not to use wash & wax products.
Corey did say that he will be doing some testing this weekend. I do wonder about the surface condition prior to the application. Could this go over an existing LSP??? or do I have to strip it prior???
Corey generally posts his tests here and also on his web page which is quite nice I might add.....

Have you tried Permanon? You keep saying " I hear ". How can you make a comparison without trying it yourself.
Thank you, subscribed. :xyxthumbs:That is fair; I will be ordering the 100mL sample size in my next order which should be during AG's next sale (hopefully soon) so I'll be putting my money where my mouth is. While I have read that many people do report short durability with permanon, there are still a select few who report extensive longevity with it too, so I hope what I see is different from what I generally readEspecially seeing how much more cars RTU permanon will do than Hydro2 at a relatively similar price point
