Had a customer called in because the dealership left some nasty hazes on his brand new Camaro (see 1st photo)

ONR to get started, clay mitt and Iron X on the wheels.

Went in with some Sonax Perfect Finish and CCS white pad on the 3401 for some amazing results.

Topped with Pete 53 and M21.

That car is insane and looks great. Good job correcting the dealer’s errors.

Rarely see Pete’s 53 get mentioned here. Excellent results, that’s how black should look. I’m sure the owner was excited about the finish.

Thanks, yes he was very happy. He's the one who bought a package containing Jet Seal and Pete so I offered to throw it on before my sealant (I usually go with Collonite 426s but ran out so using the M21 gallon ordered a while back)

Wow! That Camaro SS looks amazing.

Great job!

This generation of the Camaro is beautiful. I never liked the previous ones but this one I really like. You did a great job making it shine.

looks great!,,one thing to note though is that a lot of dealerships (mine included) are all about pushing the cars out with little attention paid to time.
My dept very rarely gets anymore than a couple hours warning on a sold unit and usually it's more like 45 minutes to an hour so we just do the best we can in the time we have.
an hour tops to a YUkon xl in black that hasn't been washed in 2 months,,it ain't gonna look great.
some dealers even use the dreaded drive through car wash!..how awful is that.
It's frustrating being a pretty damn good detail guy when no one else above you really cares and after 30 years in the auto industry I'm finished with it and am seriously considering opening my own shop'

sorry about the hijack of your thread and rant about my job,,the Camaro is truly awesome looking!

The last Camaro I did,it was just a quick photo I snapped in April for a friend who was looking for one,,we sold it before he got here to look at it.

No sweat, I feel your pain, knowing you can take the vehicle to the next level but getting denied by dealer's schedule must get annoying after a while.
