Picked up a CR Spotless DIC 20 rolling system. I got a great deal on it, I put it together tonight and will be running some tests tomorrow and putting it through it's paces.

Installation was very simple.

As you can see within the box there were the pre-assembled rolling unit which includes the inlet and outlets connects as well as the digits TDS (total dissolved solids) meter.

Inside the main box there is a small plastic bag which contained:
Instruction and quick assembly guide
2 PVC white couplings
2 large washers
2 wire rings
1 small role silicone tape
1 plastic pipe wrench
1 orbit spray nozzle
2 gilmour plastic quick couplings
1 stainless inlet house

1. Wrap silicone tape around ends of each PVC coupling and then screw in a coupling in the inlet and outlet of the rolling unit.

2. Place one washer in the bottom of the blue filter cartridge housing

3. Place the white filter cartridge in the blue filter cartridge housing

4. Place a metal ring on top of the white cartridge.

5. Screw the assembled blue filter cartridge housing into the Rolling unit. This was the most difficult part because the blue housing is quite heavy when assembled, so it took a little bit of effort to lift it and screw in the cartridge into the rolling unit.

6. Repeat for the second blue filter cartridge housing.

7. Attach the stainless house to the inlet coupling

I am looking forward to testing the system tomorrow and posting my impressions tomorrow.

Waiting for impressions. I'm thinking of picking up the smaller one of these myself. As, spending $300 for a device that filters water to wash my car is just insane. But CR sells another 100 gallon unit with no wheels for $249 w/ free shipping. I wish they sold this model at the Geek:
