FG400 w/ MF cutting pad

Alright, just called them and left a message today. Let's see how it works out.

When I was inspecting my car today (sun finally comes out), I found that there has some micromarrings on the test spot. Would finishing polish (M205/SF4500) take those out? I know it is better to work on the test spot but I currently don't have a polisher that is "safe" to use.

Yes either of those will work. You can try either a polishing or finishing pad to remove the micro marring. :dblthumb2:

Do you have the washer between the BP and spindle installed. The washer keeps the bp from binding into the spindle and if you forget to put it on the PC can over heat. Take your BP off and look at it were it has little screws or rivets...are they rubbing on the PC causing it to overheat.

You are genius man. I think I lost the washer while moving. And I did see all the mark that the rivets on the BP on the polisher.:props:

But do you know what size the washer would be? since I cannot locate in the manual

Update: Nevermind I just took the washer from the pad/bp comes with the polisher. It works great now. Thank you so much. :buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing:

Putting the washer on helped from heating up when your not using it?
