To tell you the truth, all the APCs I have tried worked well. That includes consumer brands like Hertel. There are probably bad ones out there but I have yet to try one.
I like Meguiar's APC because it can be diluted to the strenght you need. But that is probably true of any APC.
Maybe the guys could tell you why they like one brand over the other ones, that would be more useful info I think.
I use Meg's APC for the following:
Carpet and seat cleaning
Interior cleaning
I use a method that is probably different that the guys here. I start interiors with a wipedown of pretty much everything using a damp microfiber tower without any cleaning solution at all... just water. That removes something like 98% of dirt and dust. Then I clean using an other microfiber towel with Meg APC. I just do 3 or 4 squirts of APC on the microfiber and go over everything for a second time. If an area is still dirty after that, I either go with steam or I work it hard with direct APC spray and heavy rubbing. I have yet so see a stain survive either.
For carpets and seats I pre-treat the stains with a stain remover. Then I spray the APC directly on the carpet (or seat) then work the area with a carpet brush for a minute or so. Then I use the extractor clean everything. So far results have always been excellent.
Lastly, for floor mats, I usually use my pressure washer to clean them as much as possible with water. If stained I then use the stain remover on the stains and proceeds the same way I do for carpets. Major difference is the amount of water to extract at the end.
I think your technique will be a lot more important than the product you use. Interior cleaning requires a lot of energy, not a miracle product
