Help ME pick my next car

I am so happy I bought my first house w/a friend at 23 years old. For some reason my mom thought she needed to plant flowers in front every year. Till one day I came walking out with 2 girls from the night before at 7am. She never came over to plant flowers again after that. Sold it 4 years later and bought another one which I am still at now with my wife and baby.

Get yourself a pad now, and the car after.

LOL. :xyxthumbs:

I hope I'm not stepping on any toes (and assuming I read the post correct): do you really want to shell out ~$20k for a vette (or any car for that matter) that is already 6-10 years old? I know you want a faster car, so my suggestions are the following:

Save up until you can get a more recent fast car, as I assume you do not wish to shell out even more money for repairs, etc, etc. If you do, start saving up now. The reason I say what I say is because I went through the exact same scenario on my '04 360. Granted, I knew repairs would rack up easily, but in retrospect- it was an impulse buy (not one I necessarily regret, however). Either way, I digress; for a little bit more money, I think you can get a better 'bang for the buck' that will be more worthwhile, in my eyes anyway.

I wish you the best,

A Ferrari 360? I have already started saving, but it has been decided that it would be better for me to save for a house as now is the time to buy one. However, I do have my eye on the new 5.0 mustangs.. :props:

Yeah.

That surely changes the equation, and putting a house as top priority is a good decision. The 2011 base coupe goes for your price range, I believe; that would be a better choice if you in fact like the car and can compromise with the speed disparity. :props:

All the best to you,
