Hi Al, the sheet that you sent with the105 said to prime with M34, have you tried that?I have not used my Flex with M105 yet. I used it with a UDM 1.0. M105 would start to dry on the 3rd pass.

Yes I did prime.... Could overpriming cause my short flash time ? Hows your detailing environment there z7 ? Mine is hot and humid (singapore) wonder if it's a factor
I agree the surbuf pads cut more but the cyan pads finish down better. I reserve them mainly for one step polish jobs.I bought 6.5 inch Hydro-Tech pads with my Flex. I was happy with the Cyan for cutting until I tried the Sur-Bufs. I think the Sur-Bufs cut faster than the Cyan and they are cheaper also. I haven't had an issue with either one as far as durability.
