Hello everyone I am new to this forum and somewhat to auto detailing as a hobby. I need your help. I have a black 2008 Jeep wrangler JK that has a mikly haze to it. I had originally thought it was a bad clear coat but it removes and shines beautifully but with a lot of work. I had just bought and read Mike Phillips new detailing book which is great by the way and he really liked the Menzera system for products. I just bought the Blackfire black ice kit for black vechicles before I bought the book but have not used any of it yet and was going to buy some compounts to help make my job easier and wanted to know if I should get the Black fire compounds or Menzera compounds?
I also wanted to see if after compounding the Jeep if I should use the Wolfgang paiint sealant 3.0 or the Menzera paint sealant and then apply the Blackfire Black Ice carnuba paste wax. There are several Menzera compounds and if this is the way to go please tell me which ones I should start with or if I need to look at a different brand please let me know that as well. Thank you for any input you guys can share with me to help make my job easier. I am using a Dewalt rotary buffer and want to get an orbital. Does any one have any comments on the Porter Cable Orbital polisher offered at Autogeek. I am looking at that one. Thans a million
