I got some anoying ones on the wifes car. Plus, a couple got past where my clear bra isn't. I see them all the time. Maybe I'll try this, the pens at the dealer suck!!!!

Might have to get you to take a drive up here for some paint chip repair. Been looking into a CPO as well. Coggin in Fort Pierce has some really clean 07 3 series in the very low 20s.
 
I used a guy at my dealership that uses a system like this one.He also went to Detail Fest two years ago to demo his system.If you have a large chip it does just an OK job .On the other hand the real small ones you get driving on the highway it does a much better job filling in and hiding the chip.The most important thing like everything else is the prep work.Also if you used one of those touch up pens or touch up paint and aren't happy with the out come you will need to sand out or remove the old paint before you can use this system.When you work at a dealership were always looking into systems that make a car look the best it can without spending alot of money.Just my two cents
 
I have used this system for some time now. Our Porsche clubs swear by it. Very easy to use and great results.
 
Wait, which kit is it? Dr Colorchip offers 3 kits, but not seeing any reference on the AG site.
 
Arent they down the road from AG? I know they are located in FL. I have used this on an F430 DB9 and my truck love the system. Great customer service. If your color code is not listed they will mix it for you at no extra charge.
 
Id love to try it on the several chips I have from just daily driving! The thing is, is that I've been laid off for 6 months now and its just not in the budget....ugh!

I have 3 little chips from a pebble on the highway hitting my hood. If you want i will drive up there and Mike can demonstrate on my car how well it works and take pictures for the forum. You guys had me drive up there to remove the scratch from my hood on my red lexus. Just let me know and we can set up a day and time.

Very nice I have been looking at this kit for a while now
 
this and the dual action spray bottles will be on my next order!! my truck has a couple at the front of the hood! and the mustang has a few (10-15) on the hood.
 
Wow, this is rather interesting. I may have to do a little more reading and could end up buying one....:xyxthumbs:

The Dr. ColorChip Road Rash Kit includes 1 oz. jar of custom-mixed paint, 4 oz. SealAct blending solution, 1 tandem brush, 2 microbrushes, 1 microfiber towel, 1 nitrile glove and instructions.

Yes, we sell the Dr. ColorChip Road Rash Kit that will repair more than 2 dozen paint chips.

They are based in Lake Park, FL (WPB). It's always nice to do business with a Florida company to keep some of our money at home.
