Anyone in sales must remember the 60/20/20 rule to keep their sanity, positive mentality, and drive to provide their best effort, sales experience. Remember that 20% of people will almost always say "yes" to you, 20% will almost always say "no" to you and are generally querulous and usually have a bad disposition about everything, 60% of the people are going to be on the fence, these are the people you need to really make sure you follow good sales techniques to get the sale. What's the best tool for making and being a very good salesman? We were born with them, one on each side of our heads. If you are talking, your not listening, and if you are not listening to the customer, you do not know what they are looking for. Ok, I think I am about to go on a huge tangent so I am going to stop before this post becomes a full page on this thread. HAHA!

RE: Nuclear Power Plants
-Since realizing you are employed at a nuclear energy facility; and, the scarcity in the USA of these types of plants in existence today, [as compared to the predictions of the now defunct Atomic Energy Commision---(now under the auspices of The Department of Energy)---back in the early 1960's], has given arise to another "nostalgic-moment" for me:
-Had the reduction of: "Interest" in Nuclear Energy...Been so reduced by the querulousness of the 'general' American populace? And, or, by "other influences"?
-Volumes on this question have already been written...
-Head's-Up: More 'volumes' from my perspective may soon follow.
