Optimum Spray Gun Review (Video)

Jimmy,

Are using poorboy's bold and bright spray or gel, or poorboys trim restorer in the video?

Clean Si, You on 8th as well?

I think I signed up on 8thGen, but never posted anything. thanks for the props
Jimmy,

Great review on Optimums Spray Gun! :props:

I was a bit skeptical on it's construction and functionality but not any more.

This is one of the reasons I recommend and request; if you have the capability, shoot and post a video. This video is exactly what I needed to see in order to by one. As soon as I watched it I have several other products in mind as well.

You have way, way too much Pinnacle Souveran wax my friend!
Hi Bobby,
The guns construction is well built, like I said in the video I dropped it and the bottle cracked. I usually don't promote products so highly, but after I first used I couldn't understand why it didn't have any reviews??? Remember the Souveran BOGO??:props:

Great review Jimmy! You have a great collection of detailing products!!! It's really an addiction!!! Why so much Souveran?

Nice Si too! It's very clean! Where did you get the strobes? They look awesome!

Thanks Marc,
OOH ya it's an addiction alright! During the holiday's they had the Buy One Get One Free, so the rest is history...Haha the lights are LEDs DRLs they just have a strobe effect with the video.
Did you dillute the gel or was it straight? If so, what was ratio?
I used the Bold & Bright spray w/out dilution, but I've tried the gel and it works as well.

Thanks for the video. Cool tool :xyxthumbs:
Thank you CEE DOG,
hopefully it picks up in popularity.

do you guys spray a diferent products on the gun other than optimum??
I'm currently using PoorBoys spray Bold & Bright, but the gel will also work. You can use any liquid that's "spray-able".
Thanks for the review Jimmy!!!:dblthumb2:
I just added the OptiGun to the order I just made. :buffing:
Now just need the rain to go away so we can get back to what we love doing "Detailing". I'm glad we only have to deal with the rain and not snow like some of you :buffing:
Kool!! You'll really love it, and save product like crazy!

Hey Mark,
Both spray/gel will work just fine, all you have to do is open the adjustment a little bit more for the gel.:xyxthumbs:

I would like to thank everyone once again for watching and I appreciate all the comments and props!

Hey Dad07,
Thank you for the kudos! I knew that all people needed was to see the gun in action, and it would take off. If you could sneak in some of DP 32oz product, they screw/attach right on to the Optigun.

I just orderd two more, for the DP engine degreaser and Optimum gloss detailer!

Cool videos! I'll be buying that for my shop for sure. Probably get a couple of them. I've always used a regular spray bottle for tire shine. But I find it definitely adds too much product. This gun would be perfect for me cause I have a seperate air compressor just for my tornodor that always stays at about 80 psi. No brainer for me.

So, thank you for this video...cause I didn't even know about this gun!! Awesome! :props::props::props::props:

Thanks Kristopher,
When I first ordered the gun a member told me he had 4 of them, at first I thought "over kill" after receiving the gun I definitely need a couple more!

Nice videos Jimmy, are you getting any over spray on the rims?

The mist/spray is "finer" than a aerosol can that shoots blotches. Like I mentioned in my last post, the mist/spray is comparable to a air brush consistency

Jimmy, you'll be proud to know that one of these guns was thrown into my basket thanks to your review. Pretty excited about it! All the other stuff in the basket was just because I wanted it, haha. Thanks again. :dblthumb2:

Great review. AG should definitely cut your video down some, and add this to their website. It would definitely help people, who had any doubts about the gun.

Hi Kristopher,
Kool deal!! I trust you'll find it very useful. When I first got my gun I hadn't used it for about a month, and when I finally tried it out I quickly pulled everyone out of the house to see the OptiGun in action.

Thank you,
I kinda just rushed through the video, and they might have to cut the word "Bad Ass" out!! hehe It would be cool if they did though!!

Amazing review video!!

Dressing the tires took like a min or so!

And amazing collection too!!:dblthumb2:

Great review/video! I would want this in my arsenal once I have a shop open. Looks very useful and doesn't waste a lot of product.
