Got some more giftcards. Debating a PXE vs Nano vs a HLR 75.

Leaning the HLR as like the funky design. PXE seems more flexible.

I want the nano most but except for under door handles I don’t know where I’d use it.

I like the PXE more than the Nano and is more flexible. But the Nano can get places the PXE can’t so it depends on if you need something specific or more general. No experience with the new HLR.

I kept reading good things about Ech2o, and there was a good sale on, so I thought I'd give it a go. I bought Essence because I recently had to throw out a bottle of Scholl polish, it had separated and no matter how much I shook or stirred it, I couldn't get it to recombine. I like that it's a much smaller bottle too, I'm more likely to use it up before it goes off. The tapes were on sale as well, I used up most of what I had masking my hood for my Plastidip project.

Decided on the PXE vs the Griots cordless mini. Griots was a contender till I put one in my hands. Could see how that adjustable head could easily be real useful.

Just couldn’t think of where I would use on my cars and with the extra battery and finding the flex $40 dollars cheaper ($360 shipped with no tax) I decided flex.

I do love the Griots warranty. Was a guy there who burned out his g9 doing boats. Swapped right over the counter. The griots rep and I both told him he should upgrade to a G21. Of course he didn’t.

Nice!! I keep looking at these more everytime lately ive been doing a vehicle. Realizing how its not a nessesity for paint correction, but a very handy tool to make the job that much more detail oreinted.

Di has on sale today only for 355.

But i must hold out for items that are personally more important to me at the moment....got to curb thee urge! Lol

I'm looking forward to the new 6mm orbit. These have been really nice for door handles and chrome window trim.View attachment 76512View attachment 76513View attachment 76514
I Like the PXE better for the chrome than I do a nano. Seems easier to get leverage.
I have the Dremel kit burning a hole in my pocket lately.

Look on Coatic’s site. They have made an adapter and sell a similar dremel style kit a lot cheaper.

That’s were I got mine from, no shipping or tax. I cancelled my griots foamer from their so basically got it for $260. I have some CarSuppyWarehouse Gift certificates I was going to use but the charge $419 for the PXE. Also charge tax. Woulda been a $100 more so just bit the bullet.

I needed something for under door handles so this is how I justified it to myself.

This brand has only just went on sale in Australia, so I was keen to place an order. The rinse-less and interior detailer are of most interest to me.

Recent orders. Restocking my shelf of cancoat evo and leatherique leather rejuvinator.

Trying out pure rinseless and lift.

This weeks exercise in setting fire to money......................

I'm planning on doing a review of panel prep products. I have been using Carpro Eraser for years, and Gyeon Prep recently. I also have a bottle of NV Clarify that gets rare usage. Joining these three are P&S Paint Coating Surface Prep, Koch Chemie Pps and Gtechniq Panel Wipe. I may also get a bottle of Bowden's Flash Prep to try as well.

Which one is best and what are the differences will be answered soon.

Although not used on vehicles...i thought this was ok to post since it is used during the process of detailing(atleast for me it is) lol. Brcc had a bogo free sale recently so we took advangae to try a few flavors we have not tasted yet.

Who doesnt love a good cup!

Ordered the coatic dremel kit with every other accessory for the PXE and got a Carbon fiber backing plate for the Cbeast.
