Post Your Unpacking Pictures

Another day, another delivery...........................

These new Detail Factory brushes have only just hit the market. The foam ones are like those craft brushes, just with a better handle and stronger foam. However, I do wonder how durable they will be. From what I can see, they were designed to team with Solution Finish, which can be very messy to apply.

Saw these and thought of you straight away Deyon on DS.

Delivered today, Amazon special, $28.99, I know, I know, cheap rubbish, but it had reasonable reviews, mainly about calibrating and checking before each use. So far for the Qashqai, a high of 223um on the hood, the doors in the 150s, and the roof 180-196. The FJ though, sides 250-300, hood 160- 200, but the roof up to 400, but that's the white paint.

I got mad trying to refill my cannon the other day and finally bought the wide mouth bottle, plus some larger measuring cups

I had been wanting a really good detailing cart for some time and wasn't satisfied with what I could find and finally saw this the other day

I went to Lowes and picked it up earlier today and I am impressed, it has huge heavy 6" rubber wheel casters, holds 500 pounds, and has some good features for chemicals and stuff.

Klein makes a bunch of attachment accessories that fit in the grooved slots along the top rail so you can hang tools, extension cords, etc

Are you getting these to test or buying all this stuff?

So in the quest of finding easier method for wheel cleaning (detail brush for whole wheel is for follows) I’ve went back to wheel mitts. Hoping the wheel paws are even better.

Got a bunch of Marolex sprayers. Over Kwazar heads going bad… thought about Pressol but $20 a bottle is a lot. Not that I haven’t wasted more money in worst ways.

Then when I saw shipping for 7 plastic bottles was $35 and just not loving giving obsessed my money I found these. I’ve had these spray heads before and the last. Good spray pattern too.

Lastly was a third battery for the HLR15. Read you should let batteries cycle (rest) after using while charging the third.

Pretty sure just a way to sell extra batteries but nice to have 3 fully charged when starting a polish.

Apart from one isolated occasion, I'm spending my own money to buy, use and review products. I do this because its something I enjoy, be that using the product or writing about it. Some in past have questioned this, but I assure you, no company is sending me stuff for free. The only ones getting something for free in this arrangement are the brands and companies who basically free advertising at my expense.

I'd be keen to hear your feedback regarding those Marolex sprayers.

I'm glad you avoided the Pressol's. Despite all the "exhaustive testing" to make them "perfect", they are still a dud product sold and an outrageous price. Why is a $20 semi-translucent bottle turning brown when used with an alkaline product, especially when a $5 equivalent has no such problems? Why are the tubes falling off when the same arrangement in a Kwazar's doesn't? Why do they need a stainless steel tip when even a $1 spray head uses plastic with no issue. And to cap it all off, quite a number of people pre-ordered these spray bottles and waited 6 months for them to arrive, only for them to fail within the first use. And guess what, the company is not refunding the purchase or even suggesting a fix other than to stop using them. And yet, they are still being labeled as the best in the world, they are even calling the updated versions "Pro-Series".

I wouldn’t care if they did. I don’t feel your opinion can be bought and appreciate your post.

Well glad I skipped then. Bottles are sturdy and light. I’d compare sprayers to talco’s. If you have any 32oz (1000ML?) bottle from NV or any bottle from Polish Angel it’s same sprayer or at least from same company…..

Thank you for saying that I appreciate it greatly.

Frankly, I would rather not be sent stuff, there is less expectation that way. And that's on my part as well as theirs.

Really… interested to here what happened

Sadly, it was self-inflicted. In my defence, I've used multiple different competitors the same way without issue -

From page 129, post 2575 onward -

So wanted some Acid (white) of the Marolex mini’s and wanted some 500ML. Couldn’t find the green alklaline in mini’s though.

Heard nothing but good things about Trace less. Talked to BH and they said Shelf light fe is indefinite. Figured $24 for 4 times as much I can use around home too.

New rubber feet for an old DirtLock that all of the sudden wants to float.

It’s been two years (1.5?) years since I ordered a sealant. Proud of myself but had to fight from adding Fireball Pirouette. Probably in and out of cart 4 times since before I ordered from Carzilla w/o

The must of known I kept putting it in and that I’m in a weakened state because my ordered included a free “random” sample…. It was Pirouette….. Enablers….
