Post Your Unpacking Pictures

My new JIS screwdriver bits arrived. Ordered last night on Amazon, arrived this afternoon. I'd never heard of JIS till I was watching a car show the other day, they were restoring a 90s Supra, and the mechanic said working on Japanese cars requires JIS screwdrivers. They look the same as Phillips, but they're not. JIS fit both Phillips and JIS screws, but Phillips don't fit JIS properly, making it easy to strip them. I always wondered why my screwdrivers didn't quite fit the FJ, I just thought they were worn out. Now I don't know if this applies to all Japanese cars, and bikes, or just the ones manufactured in Japan, but you can tell by the little dot in the bottom of the JIS screws.

Hey mate, could I borrow those for a minute?

Trying to get the MAF sensor out of the Hilux Surf and not a single Phillips bit or driver I own will fit the fasteners

I’ll just drive over and pick them up if you don’t mind

Turtle wax things

One & Done compound
Hyper foam wheel & tire cleaner
Hyper foam gallon
Minute wax
Interior quick detailer

The gallon of hyper foam states that it is a concentrate, which leaves me wondering if it is stronger than the one that already comes in the bottle?

The minute wax and interior detailer caught my eye at wal mart, I guess they're only available there exclusively.

Latest haul..................

The Mango Fresh and Coconut Lime will be interesting, both scents I love. I also want to give Gyeon's tire cleaner another try.

The DF brush is the new version with softer bristles for interior cleaning in mind. It shares the same handle design as the tire version, easily one of my favorite detailing tools.

Agreed with the tire brush.

Don’t know if I need one for interior…. I don’t need one for the interior….. must resist one for the interior……must….. resist……

How are you liking those fragrances? I got the mint tea and coconut lime essence. They smell amazing but do not last in my experience. Diluted as per bottle instructions

For once, Australia got a product before it went on sale in the USA. Have been using Guf for a while now and really like it.

Yeah, sadly they don't hang around very long.

I have them at 8:1 as suggested by P&S, of the two I prefer the Coconut Lime version the most.

I've been looking for a really good interior dressing. And am always trying new air fresheners.
I have Duragloss 204 Vinyl and Leather Dressing. I also have Perl but it looses luster and just doesn't give a dressed look if I dilute 1:1 And neat is to shinny.
DI has a free freight offer, so I ordered P&S Coconut Lime and the Koch Chemie GUS. I'm pretty sure I will be happy if DFB loves them:dblthumb2:
Thank DFB

I wouldn't use Guf on interior plastics, it was designed primarily for rubber floor mats.

As I mentioned elsewhere, look at the P&S options or even Koch Chemie Top Star.

I just bought the coconut lime and was torn between that and the mango. Which one do you prefer DFB?

How long are the p&s fragrances lasting for people? I'm using the Oberk stuff weekly but thought about getting some P&S to alternate with.
