Rescuing a Neglected Black Pony - 2001 Saleen Mustang - Major Correction - 22ple VX Pro2 Glass Coating & CarPro Forte

WOW. I don't think I could cause that much damage if I tried on purpose, excellent turn around!

Wow Zach, I would have taken that for beyond repair. You did an amazing job. How do you like VX pro2 compared to the original?

Thanks for the kind words, everyone!

Wow, you are right, night and day difference. Well done!! How many man hours did you all total on this transformation.

Walter
We had somewhere around 22-25 hours of work into this one.

How was the customer's reaction?
The customers' reaction would be the part that I would be interested most because the car(s) come out looking like a different car every time you are finished.
We get asked this a lot... and honestly, they're never super excited or anything like that. I suppose it is because we make it a point to document and showcase our work, so people know what to expect. In any case, I wish they were more excited!

tore up from the floor up, I hope you guys got paid well for your efforts!
Thanks! I feel we are paid well for our work, so that is all that matters :xyxthumbs:

Well, I haven't used VX Pro in a while, but based on memories, VX Pro 2 seemed to be quite a bit more difficult to use... it was more similar to some of the professional coatings in terms of application. I was working in high humidity though, which never helps, so I will do some more testing before I make any final decisions on whether or not we continue to use this product.

I have NEVER seen something so banged up before! It was an absolute mess! Zach, killer work bro. Just an amazing transformation. Superb work!

That is good work! Not all the time can all defects be removed, especially when a finish gets that bad.

Wow Zach, beautiful work good sir. That paint was seriously trashed! Way to go bringing that black Mustang back to Glory.

Thanks for sharing.

solid work folks. Had an Audi A6 that came in today to do tint removal on that looked almost the same.. it made me cringe a little bit.

What an epic turn around. Well done and thanks for sharing.

Really digging the pictures too, but that is 'par for the course' from you.

Love the pics - you have a nice DSLR and a sturdy tripod. Looks like you have a passion for detailing & photography. Way cool!

Amazing turnaround! Nice work!!!!! :dblthumb2:

I was wondering what the hell happened to the rear of the car! Damn!
