Great update Corey. :props:

I have both Optimum and Pinnacle spray waxes and I wonder if Pinnacle's Spray Wax out performs Optimum's Spray Wax in any way?

Nice video!

Thank you!

Yes, I think pinnacle is more streak free Bobby.

It's funny you should mention this Corey. I used Optimum Spray Wax on the hood of my daughters new car, black, and I did notice some streaking when finished. I had it in the sun and the hood was just warm so I buffed it a bit more and this seemed to clear most of them up.

I'm going to try a side by side between Optimum and Pinnacle just to see if there's less streaking..

Thanks Corey.

Corey, if OCW streaks upon application, is there a way to get rid of the streaks after application?

Certainly, I don't have issues with streaking personally as long as the panel is cool and in the shade. But yes, if you use too much product or live somewhere where you get a little issue with it just buff it a little more like Bobby said and it should come off. If applied to a panel that was a little too warm and you got a streak that doesn't come off with comfortable pressure you can just apply a tiny bit of product directly to the mf towel and buff off the streak.

Even better if you are going to use it in on a warm panel (which you shouldn't - imo) just severely shrink your work area. Do a very small section and immediately buff it in.

I washed a car once and applied Optimum Car Wax in the sun. (Not recomended with any spray wax) It was cloudy which was perfect while washing my car but then the clouds parted and teh sun was out. There was another cloud rolling in that looked like rain so I was in a rush. No time for a paste wax so I just quickly grabbed the spray wax that I knew had real protection and durability. I just used the OCW real quick and since the panels were so hot it streaked pretty bad (as would any spray wax in the sun on a pretty warm panel). Well it started raining not too long after and when the rain was over the streaks were gone and the car looked great.

Thanks for the detailed response, Corey. FWIW, I didn't see Bobby's response above. ;)

I am impressed with OCW's durability. Still love the Pinnacle spray wax tho.... My opinion is that it does have the best depth for a spray wax.

I really love the pinnacle spray wax as well. Each of the waxes in this review I really like something about. The pinnacle is very streak resistant for me as well.

I never use spray waxes as boosters, that's why I love OCW because it has great durability for a spray wax.

No joke about the durability. I think this will make doing door jams and hard to reach areas a breeze. In my cart for next order!!

Thanks for adding here, Mark! I always respect your honest opinions/experiences!
